Welcome to The Ambassador Team! Mike Collier is originally from Atlanta, GA and has been living in Orlando since 2004. Upon moving to Florida he immediately started work within the Disney College Program and fell in love with Disney's superiority in Guest Service, Quality and Entertainment. As a result of his hard work ethic and vibrant personality he was selected among the then 65,000 Cast Members to represent Walt Disney World as a Walt Disney World Ambassador - a program started by Walt Disney himself that selects an official representative of the company to the Cast Members, local community and the world.

Mike vividly remembers the hard work ethic instilled in him by his parents. Living in a single-parent household for much of his childhood he saw his mom work tirelessly without excuses. Mike says "Watching my mom Dianne, who had two kids at the time, show up every single day at work and at home without making excuses about how life should've been taught me more about work ethic, accountability, leadership and faith than I even realized." The biggest lesson however came in the form of complaint. Mike's mom HATED her job. Throughout the years she worked in various call centers and she woke up everyday and drove to a job she absolutely hated and talked about how much she hated it everyday. She especially hated Mondays.

I remember thinking "I NEVER want to feel like that. Why would anybody willingly do something they hate to do every single day?" I realized early in life that it comes down to choice. Everyday we make a series of choices that determine what our future (tomorrow) will look like for us.

That point was further realized after reading the book that changed everything for him, Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad." Mike says "As I read that book I began to understand what freedom was. I immediately knew that real estate was my future and that building a business as an investor and entrepreneur would afford me, and generations after me, the life we deserve to live."

His passion for people and real estate spurred him to personally buy, sell and invest in various forms of real estate. From SFH and Mobile Home flipping to owning rental properties and hard money lending to wholesaling properties Mike's vast experience in the real estate industry prepared him for leading The Ambassador Team at eXp Realty.

Mike teaches his team this mantra "If you help more people you'll make more money. And the more money you make, the more people you can help!" So who do you want to help and how do you want to help them? Start with WHY!
